Dr. Jason Rubino began his medical career as an officer in the U.S. Navy after graduation from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following internship, at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, he received additional training and experience in tropical medicine, field medicine/mass casualty, and aerospace medicine. He served several years as senior flight surgeon and medical department head for Carrier Air Wing Seven, including deployments aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, before returning to the “real world” for emergency medicine residency at St. Luke’s University Hospital where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Rubino's emergency medicine interests include: resident education, trauma/critical care and toxicology. He enjoys travel, fishing, scuba diving, boating and spending time with family.t
