Dr. Chris Dunlap earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1992. He then attended the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Medicine and graduated with his M.D. degree in 1996. He completed residency at the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Family Medicine Residency program in 1999.
After graduation he went on to establish a solo medical practice in Coffee County, Tennessee which he ran for 6 years. At that time he went back to Tallahassee to become an Attending Physician at the TMH Family Medicine Residency program where he had trained.
Originally from Middle Tennessee, Dr. Dunlap is excited for the opportunity to train physicians in Murfreesboro. He is married and has 4 children. He and his family enjoy music, traveling, outdoor activities, and climbing at the local rock gym.
